Gran Paradiso National Park

At 1,500 metres above the sea level, Cogne is the capital of Gran Paradiso National Park. Surrounded by the massif of Gran Paradiso (4,061 mt. asl.), the only totally Italian mountain over 4,000 metres, this valley can lure for the extraordinary meadow of Sant’Orso all around the village.
